G-LESS (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Account data: Email address and optional username provided at registration.

Waitlist and project-assessment data: The name, studio, team size, role, game stage, engine and platforms, service needs, project link, timeline, budget range and decision question you provide in a waitlist application. The authenticated account supplies the email address.

Game submission data: Titles, descriptions, images, and play links uploaded by developers.

Usage data: Page visits, interactions, and device information collected automatically via third-party analytics tools.

Cookies: Local storage data used for session management, language preferences, and analytics.

We use the following third-party services, which may independently collect data:

• Google Analytics — Website traffic analysis. Data processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy.

• Microsoft Clarity — User behavior heatmaps and session recordings. Data processed by Microsoft.

• Supabase — Backend database and authentication provider.

We use collected information to: operate and improve the site; review waitlist applications, assess project and service fit and contact you about the application; process and review game submissions; send important account notices; and analyze usage trends to improve the experience.

Product-update and game-data-practice emails are optional and do not affect waitlist review. You can opt out by contacting us at any time.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising (beyond the analytics services described above).

Account and game data is stored in Supabase’s secure databases in the region configured for the service. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

Waitlist applications that do not proceed are retained for up to 12 months after the application is closed, then deleted or anonymized. If you receive workspace access or begin an engagement, information needed for delivery and account administration is retained under the applicable customer or account-record period. Exceptions apply where law requires retention or a dispute is being handled.

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request:

• Access: obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct inaccurate information
• Erasure: request deletion of your account and associated data
• Restriction: request limits on how we process your data
• Portability: export your data in a machine-readable format
