G-Less has two ways to work with a game team. Standard is the public product that any team can integrate and operate. Full-service game analytics is a separate G-Less-led engagement in which we work on the game, measurement plan, validation and project-specific dashboard.

Two services, not three overlapping product tiers
G-Less Standard is the normal public service. It provides the SDK, ingestion pipeline, project workspace and universal analysis models. A team can use it without hiring G-Less to modify game code or design a bespoke dashboard.
Full-service game analytics is our hands-on service. G-Less joins the project, understands the game loop and release questions, implements or reviews instrumentation, validates the resulting data and delivers project-specific metrics and views. Internally, some configuration fields use the word customized, but that is an implementation detail rather than a third public offering.
What the public Standard service includes
Standard is designed for teams that can integrate an SDK and own their event plan. Application sessions, builds, channels, runs, retention, progression, matchmaking, hardware and network health use shared models. Custom events that do not yet have a dedicated chart remain visible in a bounded event catalog instead of disappearing.

What a full-service engagement includes
The td-digging-ugit engagement is the concrete reference. We inspect actual actors and gameplay systems—facilities, upgrades, economy, enemies, tasks, digging progression, perspective switching and store-conversion surfaces—then place fail-safe events at authoritative success points. We also verify that historical builds, development sessions and missing instrumentation do not produce misleading metrics.
Project metrics are shown in a dedicated full-service analytics view and remain isolated from Standard. Reusable parts become safe platform capabilities; truly game-specific logic stays versioned and project-scoped. This prevents one bespoke project from changing the meaning of another project’s universal dashboard.

Which service should a team choose?
Choose Standard when the team can own SDK integration and event semantics, and mainly needs reliable universal analytics. Does full-service instrumentation affect gameplay stability?+
It is designed not to. Telemetry calls are fail-safe, delivery is asynchronous, queues and payloads are bounded, unavailable hardware or network fields are omitted, and telemetry never participates in gameplay return values.
