Treat store analytics and gameplay analytics as two layers

Store-level data helps a team understand impressions, visits and acquisition outcomes. It cannot reveal whether the player understood the tutorial, reached the core loop, failed matchmaking or quit at a specific boss. In-game events supply that missing context.

Do not force both layers into a single metric without a shared identity and denominator. Use campaign or channel context where it is trustworthy, and present store outcomes beside gameplay outcomes when direct user-level attribution is unavailable.
